           Volunteers Needed 

We have created an uncommon opportunity to meaningfully engage the services of young, smart and good looking “VOLUNTEERS” to be part of the “Conference Organizing Team Members”. They will be required to play the roles Of “Protocol Officers, Media Personnel's, Front Desk Officers, Contact Officers, Helpdesk Administrative Protocol Personnel and Ushers” during the 2days of the conference being the  11th & 12th of August, 2013. The venue for the Get Invigorated Conference is  the Glonic Hotel Conference Hall, Vulcanizer Bus stop, Adeniyi Jones, Ikeja, Lagos State.

The volunteers will also be the only authorized persons required to vend the “Special Concession Tickets” (Not The Regular Tickets) for this much anticipated event.

Interested persons for this offer would be required to pay a “NON REFUNDABLE”  sum of 1,000 Naira only (One Thousand Naira Only), for  their “MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION KIT”. This exempts them from paying the regular sum of Twenty Five Thousand Naira for the “Conference Ticket” and grants them the prerogative of enjoying all the benefits of the conference VIPs .

CODE OF CONDUCT FOR THE TRAINING PROGRAMME

Registration for each segment as might be applicable to you starts 7:00 Am for the  1st Segment of training and registration starts for the 2nd segment at 12 Noon.

 Training commences 7:00 AM DAILY.

All trainees must be seated 30 minutes before the arrival of facilitators.

All trainees should get to the help/registration desk for their tags as soon as they get to the conference arena.

No trainee will be allowed to walk into the training hall as soon as training commences.

All phones should be switched off or placed on silence mode, during training hours.

All trainees must be "Corporately Dressed" daily during the period of training.

Eating in the training conference hall will not be tolerated.

Nobody is permitted to walk out of the training hall without  proper permission.

Loitering will not be permitted during training hours.

No trainee is permitted to go out of the auditorium premises during break hours.

All trainees should be seated in their respective positions 5 minutes before the break is over.
